Telugu cinema is now India’s top film industry: Kangana Ranaut

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has tweeted that Telugu Cinema has ascended itself to the top position and now it is India’s top film industry.
Kangana Ranaut has been among the news headlines from the past few weeks for her daring statements. It is known that the verbal war between her and the Maharashtra government led to the demolition of Kangana’s office in Mumbai. It is all started with the Bollywood Drugs case that came out from the Sushant Singh Rajput death probe.
Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed officials to find the land to set up the country’s biggest film city in Noida. Thanking for the action, Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter and said Telugu cinema is India’s top film industry she also said the majority of Bollywood films are being shot at Ramoji Film City(RFI) in Hyderabad.
She tweeted, “People’s perception that top film industry in India is Hindi film Industry is wrong. Telugu film industry has ascended itself to the top position and now catering films to pan India in multiple languages, many Hindi films being shot in Ramoji Hyderabad(sic).”

The Manikarnika actor had acted in a Tamil film titled ‘Dhaam Dhoom’ in 2008. She also romanced with Pan India Superstar Prabhas in the 2009 ‘Ek Niranjan‘ movie, which is directed by Puri Jagannath.
